Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem (SaaS) Product Manager (w/m/d), der/die unser hochqualifiziertes Product-Team verstärkt. In Deiner Rolle arbeitest Du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Webanwendung und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unseren Kunden durch innovative Lösungen echten Mehrwert zu bieten. Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden und dem Engineering-Team zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und unsere langfristige Produktvision umzusetzen.

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

Du entwickelst und koordinierst die Produktstrategie und -vision für unsere Valuedesk SaaS-Plattform mit dem Fokus auf praxisnahen Kundennutzen
Du identifizierst, priorisierst und entwickelst Lösungen, die direkt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden eingehen und gleichzeitig die langfristige Skalierbarkeit des Produkts sicherstellen
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Engineering- und Design-Teams zusammen, um technische Anforderungen zu formulieren, die unsere Produktstrategie optimal unterstützen
Du begleitest die Implementierung und den Rollout neuer Features
Du analysierst und nutzt sowohl quantitative als auch qualitative Daten, um technische Lösungen zu optimieren und sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt weiterhin einen hohen Kundenmehrwert bietet
Du bearbeitest Tickets mit modernen Tools, um die Anforderungen und Details zu definieren und um alle Themen sowie Bereiche im Überblick zu haben

Das bringst Du mit:

Du hast umfassende Erfahrung im SaaS-Bereich, insbesondere im Enterprise-Segment, und bringst fundiertes Wissen in der Integration von SaaS-Produkten in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen mit
Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rolle als Product Manager oder Product Owner, idealerweise mit einem technischen Fokus auf die agile Entwicklung von Webanwendungen
Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und bist in der Lage, Anforderungen klar zu definieren, um dem Engineering-Team eine sehr gute Entwicklungsumsetzung sicherzustellen
Du löst Probleme mit Deiner starken analytischen Denkweise und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
Du besitzt exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und verstehst es, sowohl mit Kunden als auch mit internen Stakeholdern und abteilungsübergreifend im Unternehmen Bedürfnisse zu ermitteln, Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln
Du bist ein Teamplayer, der sich eigeninitiativ in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und des Produktes einbringt und proaktiv an der Gestaltung sowie Optimierung von Prozessen mitwirkt
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a (SaaS) Product Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our highly skilled product team. In this role, you will help drive the ongoing development of our web application and play a key role in delivering real value to our customers through innovative solutions. You will work closely with customers and the engineering team to solve technical challenges and bring our long-term product vision to life.

What You Will Do:

You will define and coordinate the product strategy and vision for our Valuedesk SaaS platform, with a focus on practical customer value
You will identify, prioritize, and develop solutions that directly address customer needs while ensuring long-term scalability of the product
You will collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to translate product strategy into well-defined technical requirements
You will support the implementation and rollout of new features
You will analyze and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to continuously improve technical solutions and ensure that the product continues to deliver strong value to our customers
You will manage product requirements and documentation using modern tools to maintain a clear overview of all topics and areas

Who You Are:

You have extensive experience in the SaaS sector, particularly in the enterprise segment, and possess solid knowledge in integrating SaaS products into existing IT infrastructures
You have at least five years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, ideally with a technical focus on the agile development of web applications
You have a strong technical understanding and the ability to define clear requirements that enable excellent implementation by the engineering team
You solve problems with your strong analytical thinking and structured working style
You have excellent communication skills and know how to identify needs, analyze problems, and develop solutions in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
You are a proactive team player who contributes to the development of both the team and the product, and actively helps shape and optimize internal processes
You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
